Sam Worobec is a human capital expert best known for helping growing organizations scale their culture and results. With 20 years of experience helping founders build sustainable organizations, Sam understands the delicate balance of delivering results while preserving the unique elements that make a company special.

Most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Central Talent at Red Ventures, Sam led global talent functions including campus and executive recruiting, talent development, talent management & engagement, and talent analytics. Before that, he was instrumental in building Chipotle Mexican Grill's leadership development academy as their Director of Training, Internal Communications & Operations Services.

As the architect of both Chipotle's and Red Ventures' global people development platforms, Sam has built ecosystems that hire, develop, and promote tens of thousands of leaders annually from within. He's fueled by the belief that people have unlimited potential when working in a culture that matches their beliefs.

At Nexus, Sam leads the firm's human capital practice, partnering with clients to build comprehensive talent strategies that drive organizational growth while maintaining cultural integrity. He holds dual bachelor's degrees from Indiana University in Music Business and Telecommunications.
