Prior to joining Nexus, Adonai was a Senior Associate at Jobplex, Inc., where he played a key role in recruiting top-tier talent for market leaders, managing directors, financial advisors, and portfolio managers. His experience also extends across sectors such as technology, sales, human resources, and healthcare, giving him a well-rounded perspective on leadership talent.

Adonai holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
